Give your child a gift of a Happy Mind!Happy Mind Programme was created with young children's mental health at its heart. It is based on techniques from the Mindfulness Now Programme, accredited by UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and the British Psychological Society. Adapted by Monika Habrych, a certified Mindfulness Teacher, and enriched with 'learn through play' exercises, it offers a wonderful opportunity for children to get to know themselves and the world.
Through creative, sensory and play-based activities, children learn to understand their emotions, thoughts and feelings. They discover the importance of creating healthy boundaries, mental self-care and quality of interpersonal connections. Each session contains an opportunity for self-reflection and observation of nature and surroundings, helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong mental well-being.
Our key focus is to create a space in children’s lives for them to thrive.
